To establish and maintain a more sound, inclusive, blissful, developed, and organized employee, team, and organization.
Megan Freeman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Voorhees College, a Master of Science degree in Leadership from South University, and a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Leadership Coaching from Regent University.
While studying, observing, assuming leadership, and working in an organization, Freeman saw the need to improve its capabilities through development and believes the most effective change starts from the top with the leadership team. So she founded Leadernificent to provide opportunities for advancing individual and organizational performance that would holistically impact organizations and its members for the better. She said, "It is one thing to be a great leader, but another to be 'Leadernificent'." Freeman is grounded in leadership theory, leadership coaching, organizational initiatives and strategy and design, experience, and executing practical applications necessary for organizational success and development. Her additional expertise includes: developing publications, public relations, event planning, fundraising, executing programs, and creating branding initiatives.
She holds membership in: Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Voorhees College National Alumni Association (VCNAA), where she is a member of the Midlands chapter, and the VCNAA 10 Under 40 program, where she was an inaugural Class of 2017 Honoree.
Recently, Freeman published her first scholarly book titled, Leaders and Leadership Coaching. For more information about the book, please visit our Extras page.
